Welcome 2018 Miss Turquoise Circuit

Bullhead City, Arizona is home to the 2018 Miss Turquoise Circuit, Haley Olsen. The daughter of Jeff and Ellann Olsen, Haley is a student at Mohave Community MTC_2018_Haley.pngCollege where she is pursuing her Associates Degree in Fire Science/Paramedics. She plans to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Emergency Management.

When time allows, Haley enjoys team roping, singing, dancing, and sewing. She has served as a volunteer for Saving Animals In Need Together (SAINT), 4H, local queen pageants, and the Mohave County Fair. “The opportunities that these programs give to young kids are instrumental in their future careers. It nice to be able to go back to these programs and do my part to ensure that these kids have the same opportunities that I did, or more.”

“The title of Miss Turquoise Circuit is more than just a title. It is an opportunity to create connections, change lives, and make a difference. I tell myself if I can make one person smile today, then I have done my job and all the smiles and laughter that come after that are just a bonus.”

Haley will represent the 1st New Mexico Bank Wild Wild West Pro Rodeo during rodeo week. She is an ambassador of the rodeo and the PRCA Turquoise Circuit, exhibiting goodwill and enthusiasm as she educates others about the sport of rodeo.
